Challenge

Fill in the gap left by the lack of sunlight with strategic placed LED lighting. 


Description

In the middle of the busy city centre of Amstelveen an empty basement is transformed into a brand new Dille & Kamille experience. The lack of windows, and thus natural light, creates a challenge for the lighting design. How do we create the same ambiance within the store as all the other ones? We start by going back to the roots. With colours that match the brand of Dille & Kamille which gives character to the store. This experience involves the trademarked welcoming environment, which we created with a smart build of LED track lighting and LED strips. Not to much, but enough to create the mix between visibility and shopping experience.


Result

An experience that fits the brand and better yet, the costumers expectations. Light that functions as one of the fundamentals for the store ambiance.
